Damage/Loss Waiver

Our Damage/Loss Waiver protects you (the Customer) in the event of damage or loss to the equipment on Hire. It protects you and means your financial liability is limited should something go wrong.

When you (the Customer) arrange a Hire, you have the option to provide your own Hired in Plant Insurance or take out our Damage/Loss Waiver.

The Damage/Loss Waiver is not an Insurance Policy it is a Damage & Loss Waiver, that you (the Customer) purchase. It removes your responsibility in the event of damage or loss to the hired equipment, subject to relevant excess (as shown below), by providing cover up to £50,000 any one claim.

The cost for this Damage/Loss Waiver to you (the Customer) is minimal & it provides you with the confidence that it will cover the full value of the hired equipment, removing any worry of whether your own Business Insurance is sufficient, or whether it covers Hired Plant.

The cost for this cover is 20% + VAT, of the cost of the Hire of the equipment, excluding delivery & any sales items.
